GOBI MATAR

Serves -4

Ingredients:
     For Paste:
         Cumin -1tsp
         Red chili -2
         Bay leaf -1
         Onion -1/2
         Tomato -3
Cauliflower -1small(deep fried)
Potato -2(Boiled)
Onion -1(cut to small)
Tomato -(as per taste)
Turmeric -As per taste
Red chili powder -As per taste
Coriander powder -1tsp
Salt -to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai,add cumin and onions.
  2. When the onions turn golden ,add tomato(If needed).
  3. After that,add the paste, turmeric,chili powder(as per taste).
  4. Add the coriander powder and salt to taste.
  5. And,add the cauliflower and potato and fry for 2 to 3 mins.
  6. Then,add some water and cook for 5mins in sim.
  7. At last,garnish the dish with coriander.
Tips:If needed you can add green peas.
