Ingredients:
Ghee -2tbsp
Spinach leaves -6 bundles
Tomato -4(Big sized)
Ginger -half inch one
Garlic -7-8 cloves
Onion -2-3 (big size)
Paneer -250grms
Bay leave -1
Cardamom -3
Cinnamon -1 big
Laung -2
Cream -2tbsp (For garnishing)

Procedure:
- First, take the spinach leaves in a pressure cooker and give one siti and open it to cool down.
- Grind the tomato and make a puree of that.
- Also make a paste of ginger and garlic.
- Then,pour 2tbsp of ghee in a pan and let it heat.
- To that add the bay leaf,Cardamom,laung,cinnamon, and fry for a sec.
- Add the onions(cut to small size) and fry till turns pin.
- To that add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for another minute.
- Pour the puree to it and salt to taste.Simmer till it thickens.
- To that, add the paneer(cut to medium size) and fry for 2-3mins.
- At last, remove the pan from heat and serve hot with 2tbsp of cream garnished on top.
Tips:
When you have boiled the spinach,add some ice cubes to it.You can see the spinach is green.
